We are building a new data platform for our clients and are looking to hire a Full-Stack Engineer, based in Thessaloniki or Athens. In the case of exceptionally well-fitting profiles, fully remote work can also be considered.

In this role, you will get to design and develop our new data platform. This is an opportunity to work directly with a focused, high-impact team and shape architecture, product direction, and engineering standards from day one. If this sounds like something you would enjoy, keep reading!

The role will include:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure web applications end-to-end
• Drive frontend architecture and implementation with a focus on usability and maintainability
• Participate in architectural decisions related to APIs, data models, and integrations
• Develop clean, intuitive frontend interfaces and dashboards
• Work with databases, data pipelines, and integrations
• Collaborate closely with business, analytics, and data teams
• Understanding client needs and identifying opportunities regarding strategic development
• Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of the system
• Collaborate on product decisions and technical roadmap

We require you to have:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack web platform development, ideally within data-driven or SaaS environments
• Strong experience with modern backend frameworks
• Proven experience with frontend frameworks such as React
• Relevant experience with RESTful APIs and service-based systems
• Deep understanding of Docker, Git, and modern development workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or related fields
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to develop and maintain a dedicated project from the beginning to the end.
